Individual cognitive-behavioral Therapy
We offer individual cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) for OCD and anxiety-related disorders. We particularly emphasize exposure and response prevention (ERP)—or facing fears without avoidance—in our work with clients. CBT and ERP are empirically-supported treatments for OCD and anxiety-related disorders with strong research evidence for their efficacy. We also incorporate elements of mindfulness- and acceptance-based cognitive-behavioral interventions, including Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), to help you drop the struggle with unwanted thoughts and feelings and move toward what matters.

Insurance: Dr. O’Bryan is in-network with Aetna (billed through the Alma platform). Dr. O’Bryan is out-of-network with all other forms of private health insurance; as such, self-pay rates apply. Dr. Kraemer is not in-network with any private health insurance, is not accepting new clients, and does not maintain a waitlist.
Self-pay clients may elect to use Thrizer through our practice, which permits a co-pay at the time of treatment rather than the full out-of-network cost for those who have met their deductible and facilitates submission of Superbills for reimbursement.
